We Build Better Humans, Issue #8 - Cycles of Change
This issue features: 1. Blueprints to help you fall into fam-fun || 2. Tools of the Trade: 3 steps to detox energy for empaths || 3. SensaCalm specials
It’s the first day of fall when the changing life cycles are highly obvious in many parts of the U.S. Some change patterns include the crashing forces of different weather systems—like when warm fronts & cold fronts collide to make fall storms. If the weather in your household his stormy, one surprising quick-fix may be to slooooow doooown & honor the seasonal cycles. To help with this, I’m passing on some beautiful, hands-on tools: Harbor + Sprout has shared a fall freebie with me that I’m forwarding to subscribers here … so we can all build better humans together with intention as we stroll the local fields, forests & shifting sidewalks of our lives.
Fall is a season of discharge, be it dead leaves, buried grief or stored energy from others. If you or your kiddo identify with the term “empath,” you can learn a lot about how to detox from others’ gunk: Just follow the 3 (Kid-Friendly) Steps below that I culled from this week’s inbox gift from The Liberated Child.
CALL ON YOUR PROTECTORS - Imagine spiritual guides, ancestors, God-source or whatever speaks to you coming together in a big, golden energy ball at your/your child’s head & then moving down your body to your feet, gently cleansing & blessing.
GET IN WATER! - Soak in a tub or shower or foot bath. Add Epsom salts for deeper cleanse.
BUBBLE UP - Author-coaches Ina & Devani recommend a prayer to Archangel Michael at bedtime; use your own ritual as an alternate & definitely add in the image of a protective bubble that wraps you or your little in sleep.
After your wind-down, you can get “Less Stress, More Rest” with the SensaCalm weighted blanket products for grownups & kids (even infants!). Their current clearance section is up to 75% off!
