Blueprint Lessons from Home
Hi! We probably already know each other, so I’m going to skip the long, social introduction. The best summary I know comes from my sons’ friend who made a kindergarten rap about me:
“Miss Kiki, she loves Starbucks. And she rolls in her minivan & loves meditatin’.”
Yep. Thanks, Little J!
IRL, I’m a Communications Coach teaching small biz owners & sales pros to cycle out of fight-or-flight in the moment. I also full-time homeschool my two elementary-aged sons & teach them the same brain hacks/emo tricks as we go.
Yes, we practice what we preach at home ... sometimes hourly (sigh). You don't have to homeschool like we do to apply your own SEL* lessons. My 'inbox' also includes my Pinterest boards! ← Click & peruse now to learn at your leisure.

Tools of the Trade: Hit Rewind
Ever wish you had a magic remote that could take you back in time just a few precious minutes, so you didn't have to eat your words ...? I use one all the time! Read my teaching article to learn how.
This summer, I got the best inbox invite around Father's Day: HappyMe's invitation to men (& boys!) who journal to SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCE. Hint: Find journals for the whole fam here. Scroll the page for reviews.
Since most brain-&-emo-changing tools are really mindfulness practices, you won’t be surprised to learn I host a weekly podcast on “mini-mindfulness,” or day-to-day mindfulness in practical application. This issue's featured podcast episode is "Intergenerational Mindfulness" with Shayleen Halloran. Tune In to listen & learn more.
