I love discovering——& sharing with you——novel tools at my email inbox. This week, Green Child Magazine got my full attention with this guided meditation script called The Mindfulness Cabin … that comes complete with a downloadable & printable PDF to make your very own 3D scene.

It’s safe and comfortable here, with the calming sound of gentle wind moving the leaves of tall trees around you. These woods can be deep in a quiet forest, or very near to your home and family. Whatever feels safe and relaxing to you.
