Centering Thought: Resentment is unexpressed anger that builds up under the surface. I can feel it in my body, even in subtle ways (like noticing that I am crossing my arms or turning away from people or situations). By using tools to help me gain grounded awareness——journaling, breathwork or talking to someone I trust, for instance——I can then choose when I am ready to fully release resentment through letting go or forgiving.
