Centering Thought: Nervousness can show up for me in any situation where I feel that there may be a potential threat to my personal, physical, financial or even social stability. When I examine the root of my nervousness, I can process it in an informative and healthy way for me——by first paying attention to the cues from my body, mood and thoughts, then choosing to shift my state in ways that work for me whenever I feel that I need or want to do so.
