(Happy Father's Day!)

As a thank-you to all the good guys out there, I’m sharing work by some fellow Substackians (let’s make that a word) who speak from the heart about all of the ups & downs of fatherhood … including those I-don’t-know-what-I’m-doing-because-no-one-taught-me-this-piece roller coaster moments so privy to cycle-breaker parents who intentionally change the old patterns of emotional neglect or toxicity.
